Yes. Import from Excel, CSV, PDF, Word documents, or a Google Sheets link. The importer detects your date, downtime, TAG, severity and status columns, shows you a preview of every record it read, and only saves once you confirm. Missing TAGs are created for you, and re-importing the same log will not duplicate records.
